Project management

Project management is Linear/Plane-style tracking inside a Tefily project. It is not Database: work items live in Postgres, not Mongo collections.

You can have nested projects (:lpId) under one Tefily project: states, labels, issue types, estimates, work items, comments, cycles, modules, views, intake, pages, stickies, notifications, webhooks, and exports.

The console covers the project-management home, work items, cycles, modules, pages, and intake. Routes under the project are lenast/... (issues, cycles, modules, pages, intake, views, stickies, archives).

Open Project management, create a project, then Intake and accept an item into a work item (accept_lenast_intake_item). Open Cycles or Modules and attach the work item. Open Pages and write the note.

Permissions: lenast.read, lenast.write, lenast.admin.

MCP covers a subset: projects, states, labels, work items (list, get, create, update), cycles (list, create), modules (list, create), views (list, create), intake (list, accept), stickies, analytics query, webhooks (list, create), export create, and pages (list, get, create, update). Console or the admin SDK lenast covers the rest: comments, attachments, estimates, issue types, members, notifications, automations, archive / restore, bulk work-item update, drafts, favorites, search, cycle burndown, page version restore, and webhook ping and deliveries.

Admin SDK: client.lenast with workItems, cycles, modules, pages, and intake. The path id in the SDK is lenastProjectId.

Limits and storage

Section titled “Limits and storage”
  • Projects: the plan limits the number of active (non-archived) project-management projects per organization. Free allows 1, Pro 25, and Scale does not cap them. Restoring an archived project counts against the same limit.
  • Attachments: a file is at most 5 MiB (or your plan’s maximum upload size, if smaller). Attachments are stored as files and count toward database & file storage; an upload that would exceed the allowance answers 429 quota_exceeded. Uploads that are started but never completed are removed after one hour, and deleting an attachment frees its storage.
  • Exports: Free allows 5 exports per day, Pro 50, and Scale 200. A finished export can be downloaded for 7 days; after that it is marked expired, its content is removed, and downloading answers 410 with "code": "export_expired". Create a new export instead.
  • Webhooks: at most 20 per project. Deliveries are tracked on the usage page but not charged.
  • Page history: the newest 100 versions of each page are kept; older versions are pruned when you save.
